Lottery Lawsuit: Insuring the Integrity of the Legislative Process
A lawsuit has been filed in Wake County Superior Court asking the court to find the Lottery Act unconstitutional and to enjoin the N.C. State Lottery Commission from taking any further action to establish a lottery in North Carolina.
